Avanator.com LLC — Text Messaging Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the Avanator DA Operations Texts program operated by Avanator.com LLC ("Avanator," "we," "us"), an Amazon Delivery Service Partner located in Seattle, Washington. By consenting to receive text messages, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Program. The program is work-only. Messages cover daily route assignments, delivery stop instructions, schedule updates, and safety notices. There is no marketing.

2. Eligibility. Only current Avanator employees, including Delivery Associates, who give consent through the Employee Text Message Consent form in onboarding may join.

3. Message frequency. Message frequency varies with work schedules.

4. Costs. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Avanator does not charge a fee for the program.

5. Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message. You may also opt out by contacting your manager, supervisor, HR, or the owner. Reply START to opt back in.

6. Help. Reply HELP for help, or email team@avanator.com.

7. User obligations. You are responsible for providing an accurate mobile number, keeping it updated, and securing your device. Do not share work messages that contain confidential business information outside the company without authorization.

8. Disclaimers. Messages are provided for operational purposes. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Avanator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the program.

9. Limitation of liability. Avanator's total liability related to this program will not exceed $100, except where prohibited by law.

10. Consent is not a condition of employment.

12. Changes. Avanator may update these Terms and Conditions. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
